| With the deepening reform of our country’s cultural system andimplementationof our country’s vigorously development of cultural industry policy, Radio and TV industry, which is a major part in cultural industry, has entered the period of fast development. On one hand, Radio and TV industry is confronted with the reform trend of internationalization, large scale and capitalization. Its industrial property has become increasingly prominent. On the other hand, people are limited by original "cultural undertakings" system, and they are lack of project management experience. They haven’t built risk management system of project which conformed to the characteristics of Radio and TV industry. Therefore, in order to improve the managerial level of Radio and TV industry project, reduce the loss of project risks, the risk management theory of Radio and TV industry project is desperately needed to be studied.This article is based on the theory of project risk management, and it uses CSPN project risk management as the real case. It describes and analyses the four steps of project risk management, which are analysis and identification, evaluation, response and monitoring. The method of checklist, brainstorming, Delphi, and SWOT analysis are used in risk identification. Through case analysis, the methodology and application are demonstrated vividly. By applying methods of experts marking and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in the risk evaluation process, this article makes risk assessment on risk factors and overall project of CSPN. In accordance with the special characteristics of Radio and TV programs production, this article makes risk identification and evaluation on projects and take actions on the basis of evaluation results from politics, funds, copyright, management and other six aspects. This article uses real cases as the study object. When analyzing and dealing with the risk of this project, it can also make reference to similar Radio and TV production projects. |
