With the development of Internet communication technology.chips or chips and other devices form a complex network connection through Ethernet interface.Data transmission on the Internet has become the main communication mode,and the data transmission rate demand has reached the level of ten thousand megabytes.Because of the limitation of CPU's data processing ability and transmission bandwidth,the traditional transmission mode based on single chip microcomputer as the core processor or using TCP protocol Ethernet can't reach the condition of high-speed data transmission.In order to improve the communication speed and stability of data transmission,based on the research of high-speed serial data transmission technology,this paper designs and develops a high-speed data transmission board based on FPGA,which uses UDP protocol to realize high-speed and stable data transmission between communication devices.The specific work is as follows:This paper analyzes the principle of hig,h-speed data transmission,introduces the technology of high-speed data serial transmission and the foundation of UDP/IP protocol stack.In terms of hardware circuit design,the integrated optical transceiver module is used for data transmission between PC or optical switch and high-speed data transmission board.The GTX high-speed serial interface differential circuit is used between PCB to transmit data to FPGA chip.The high-speed interface technology is used to transmit data.The high-precision power supply chip provides power supply guarantee for data link.The high-precision clock chip provides data sampling For accurate clock frequency,the chip with high safety name and good stability shall be selected for component chip selection.PCB layout shall follow the principle of differential routing and strictly control the electromagnetic interference to data signal.A high-speed data transmission board based on FPGA is designed and implemented,which is verified by VHDL hardware description language and development kit vivado of Xilinx.First,the code is written,then the function test is carried out to verify the correctness of each module.Finally,the code is converted into a bitstream file and written to the board card through JTAG interface for test.At the PC end,observe the pcle transmission rate through the upper computer,analyze the packet by Wireshark software,and analyze and verify the message transmitted by the upper computer by chipscope software.The test results show that the board card basically realizes the transmission function of 10 Gigabit rate between chips or peripheral communication equipment,and the transmission and reception rates can reach 10 Gb/s.The high-speed data transmission board can guarantee the speed and stability of data transmission through high-speed interface technology and 10GBASE-R IP core of 10 Gigabit Ethernet,and use FPGA chip to ensure the efficiency of data processing ability,so as to realize the mutual conversion of high-speed serial data and Ethernet data,which has the feasibility of research and broad application prospects.
