In the development of aircraft,missiles,rockets and other weapons and equipment,data loggers are usually required to receive and store the key data during the test,and then analyze the working status and performance of the weapons and equipment in the test,and optimize the performance of the latter.Provide reliable data support.With the continuous progress of bus communication technology and storage technology,testing of certain high-speed data has become an important research direction for data loggers.According to the requirements of technical indicators,a high-speed data logger,a comprehensive test bench,and a backup reading device are designed.The high-speed data logger can receive 400 Mbps Gigabit Ethernet data and the fastest 10 Mbps PCM data,and pack the received two kinds of data.And storage,at the same time you can configure the IP address,port number,PCM data receiving rate.According to the modular design idea,the recorder is divided into several main technical modules for concrete realization.The Ethernet physical layer is analyzed in detail,and the Gigabit Ethernet interface circuit is designed using domestic PHY chips;the RS-422/485 interface circuit design,the logic of receiving PCM data and the configuration monitoring logic are explained;the hardware design of the DDR3 cache module and the Read and write control logic,introduced mixed data framing logic,USB interface circuit and communication realization logic;briefly explained the design of data storage module and power supply module.Analyzed the Ethernet communication protocol,focused on the design of Gigabit Ethernet communication logic,expounded the realization mechanism of reliable Ethernet communication,and studied the optimization strategy of Ethernet communication logic.A test system was built to verify the recording and reading functions of the high-speed data logger.The test results show that the logger can effectively receive and store 400 Mbps Gigabit Ethernet data and the fastest 10 Mbps PCM data,and it can return to the actual working status of the logger.,There is no data loss in the reading process,which proves that the high-speed data logger based on Gigabit Ethernet meets the design specifications and can truly record and read back flight test data.
