| With the development and popularization of large data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence technologies,China is accelerating the industrial upgrading of the service industry,under the influence of national policies and economic development.Catering industry as one of the four basic needs of life industry,accelerated development has become the inevitable trend of the present stage of society.The number and types of catering industry are numerous,and the competition among the same industry is fierce.In the process of dining in the restaurant,the users gradually transform their demands from the material level to the spiritual level,and they begin to be not satisfied with the service quality of the restaurant,but pay more attention to the dining experience process.Intelligent catering industry in China has begun to develop and popularization,but the development is not mature.Smart restaurant has a low degree of service and a single product function,which is difficult to meet the needs of consumers.This paper according to the current food industry service wisdom and experience,with a large categories-hot pot restaurant class restaurant,for example,the integrated use of user experience design,service design research methods such as theory,explore the wisdom food industry under the background of intelligent products and design method on the user's experience value,aimed at in terms of user experience as the leading factor,to increase user dining experience.This study puts forward three Suggestions for the design method of smart catering:first,apply the service design related methods to the user experience design,so that the product can play the role of service;Secondly,optimize the service system of smart restaurant,optimize the dining process,and save the operating cost of the restaurant.Finally,the design method of product and interface is adopted to provide better quality dining experience design research reference for the industry. |
