The impact of mobile Internet makes the traditional social way a new change and gives it development space.Social activities under the theme of food gradually transform from the traditional offline ways to online ways because of this influence.Food APP as a carrier of mobile food social,has developed fast in recent years,which affects the daily life of food lovers as well.But the design of social function in existing Food APP,has paid too much emphasis on its instrumental development,but not took care of user needs from the user experience point of view to bring users a good social experience as a design goal.This directly led to the low use rate of social function,low user satisfaction,poor user stickiness in existing Food APP.This paper studies the theory of existing experiential model and analyzes the social type,social motivation and social behavior of Food APP users,and summarizes the social experience goals under the theme of food from the perspective of users.This paper summarizes the characteristics of Food social from the reason of food,food taste,food environment and the fun of food in mobile Internet.And through the study of the existing experience model,it combines with the social process of food APP users and the goal of social experience of food APP,sums up the social experience model of food APP users,in order to provide a theoretical basis to enhance the user social experience.So as to make the experiential model better applied to practice,experience evaluation index has been used to the questionnaire survey and the user interview of the social experience design of the existing food APP to summarize the existing social experience problems and the user needs.Finally,according to the evaluation results,six design dimensions,such as attraction degree,satisfaction degree,completion degree,recommendation degree,intimacy degree and loyalty degree,are proposed to improve the design strategy and make design improvement for the user social experience of Food APP.
