In the era of big data,data products came into being.As one of the software products,the data product has its particularity and also has the same features as the software product.That is,the user's needs are the center of the design.This article starts from the two aspects of data products and user experience,and develops the design practice of self-service access service system.First of all,we will study the definition and classification of data products,and review the historical development of data products.It is found that the current research on data products mainly focuses on the fields of data science and computer technology.Therefore,attention is paid to the user experience design of data products.Secondly,it conducts theoretical research on user experience design,organizes the development of user experience design theory and practice,and focuses on the five levels of user experience element model and related elements.It proposes to introduce the user experience element model into the design of data products,and develop user-centered design practices.Taking the self-service access service system as an example,the questionnaires,user interviews,and user role models were used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze users and requirements,and the characteristics of the three types of target users,namely novice users,intermediate users,and expert users,were obtained.And demand points.At the same time,it analyzes the status quo of the "e company" metadata management,and combines the competing product analysis of the existing self-service access system in the market to obtain the functional specifications of the system,which are mainly divided into six functional modules: self-service access,self-service analysis,user management,system monitoring,my space and more help.Based on this,the functional page flow design,interactive control design,information frame design,interface layout design,and visual perception level of color and font,font size,and character weight design of the self-service access service system are developed.Finally,the prototype of the self-service access service system was exported,and the prototype tests were conducted by surveying novice users,intermediate users,and expert users.The three types of target users were collected for feedback on the system prototype,and the design practice was verified.Through the design and research of the self-service access service system,it helps users achieve the requirement of no technical obstacles.At the same time,it opens up service links for extracting data,analyzing data,and pushing data,and truly improving the efficiency of data utilization by users,and making use of “e company” to create business values.
