I As a new discipline, Interaction design is generated from the product system, and the core of its research is the interaction between users and products. In the process of interaction design research, designers do researches on the users’ behavior and psychological through the various user research methods, analysis of user needs, and get a research conclusion, the corresponding design framework was constructed. Although currently on the market of electronic menu for the user (customer and restaurant service personnel) to bring a little meal when convenient, but does not change the traditional way of access to information. Customer need to get information during the meal, must through the waiter as transmission medium. Information would inevitably be in the process of passing information delay, error, makes the users table during a meal to produce the bad mood such as irritability, affecting users impression of the product and use experience.In view of the above situation, this paper puts forward the concept of digital order system, aimed at improving customer experience when enjoying the food service operation. The system can provide users throughout the meal with an interactive information platform, the user can through the system view to the current menu information, consumption amount, etc., make the information more convenient, direct access mode.This article first through information gathering information, the traditional food and beverage service and the electronic menu order under the current new technology way analysis, summed up the current food and beverage service in question. At the same time, the application of the theory and method of user research to the study of food service users, the user segment, on the basis of demand analysis of user, user role model is established for different types of users, define the content and function of system. Analyzes the user requirements and user psychology, and build the system conceptual model, the dining service system function structure and information structure. Determine the information architecture and function combination of systems, interactive process to carry on the design of system. Based on the principles of usability, design system prototype.
