Research On Design Of Restaurant Delivery Robot Based On Interactive Experience

With the continuous innovation and development of technologies such as artificial intelligence,5G,Internet of Things,and big data,the R&D and innovation of robots have achieved unprecedented development and innovation.In places such as restaurants,hotels,banks,and hospitals with high labor costs,since service robots can well solve the pain points of the industry,the replacement of manual services by service robots is gradually becoming popular.The effective collision between food delivery robots and the catering industry provides the industry with a brand-new service mode—a mode in which humans and robots collaborate and coexist.Therefore,the emergence of this new service model provides new ideas for the design of food delivery robots.Incorporating interaction design and experience design theory into the design of the food delivery robot helps to enhance the interactive experience between the user and the food delivery robot.The design of the food delivery robot in this paper takes the food delivery robot as the research object,and uses the interaction design and experience design theory to optimize the user experience process,so that it can better meet the needs of the new service model.First,this article studies the theory and application of interaction design and experience design.After understanding the elements of interaction design and the level of experience design,use the application cases of service robots to analyze its innovative applications in interaction design and experience design.Then,taking the food delivery robot as the research object,with the user as the core,propose the influence elements of interaction design and experience design on the food delivery robot,and try to apply the influencing factors to the design research of the food delivery robot.Study the working principle,technical overview,basic attributes and competitive product analysis of food delivery robots,investigate existing food delivery robot products and summarize inheritable design points,use research methods to establish user models,and elaborate on users,user behaviors,and behaviors in interaction design.The mutual influence between the interactive interfaces.Finally,the interactive experience design of the food delivery robot is practiced.Analyze and summarize the user demand level first,arrange the user demand priority level according to the demand level,and design the functional demand of the food delivery robot.Using bionic elements to design the appearance of the food delivery robot and conduct perceptual evaluation,focus on the interactive interface design in the interaction design of the food delivery robot,the sensory experience design and the emotional experience design in the experience design.This paper integrates interaction design and experience design into the design of restaurant delivery robots,and actively explores the application and development of food delivery robots in the fields of interaction design and experience design.In the process of using the food delivery robot,the user's emotional experience is improved,and it is expected to provide a new design idea for the interactive experience design of the food delivery robot in the future,and to better promote the development of the restaurant delivery robot.
