The rapid development of China's information technology has brought huge opportunities for the insurance industry,but also brought challenges to information security management.Network attacks,technical failures,natural disasters and other information system security risks continue to escalate.Thus,constructing disaster preparedness center system has become an important means to ensure business continuity and data availability in the event of disaster.The construction of disaster preparedness centers in different places has the characteristics of large scale,long period and new technology.There are high risks in the process of constructing the disaster preparedness center.Compared with the developed countries,the risk management level of disaster preparedness center construction in our country is still far from that in developed countries.Under this background,to introduce the risk management theory and conduct effective risk management research,we will make the disaster preparedness center construction project successfully completed,which is the purpose of this thesis.This thesis demonstrates the project risk management from the theoretical point of view.Combining theory with practical cases,we analyze the application of risk management theory in the construction of disaster preparedness center of insurance company A.Firstly,the context and importance of this study are introduced;then,the related project risk management theory is analyzed and studied;secondly,the construction project of disaster preparedness center is summarized and risk planning is carried out;the basis,methods and tools of risk identification are studied.The WBS Work Breakdown Structure is used to help analyze risks.The methods and contents of risk assessment are studied.Through the analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,we evaluate the risk,rank the calculated risk,and find out the key risk.Finally,it puts forward the risk response to measure the disaster preparedness center construction project for the insurance company A.
