With the promotion of the "4G" network and the concept of "Internet +",a large number of new business models based on the mobile Internet have springing up.It also provides a new opportunity for the transformation of the business mode of the broadcasting and television industry.How to turn from "traders" to "traders" and how to turn from "offline" to "online" is the main research direction for broadcasting and television enterprises in their business transformation.The business support system(BOSS system)of business model is also the main task and precondition of business transformation.However,due to the different operation modes between radio and television enterprises and telecommunication enterprises,there is no unified standard and systematic top-level design planning in the information system construction,so in the process of information system transformation,there must be imperfect design of the original system account system,unreasonable business process planning,insufficient business opening system support capacity,and irregular reconciliation and settlement process.Therefore,based on the theory of project management,applying the scientific method of project integrated management and combining the characteristics of radio and television enterprises,we should gradually improve the project implementation plan,realize the consistency management of all parts of the project,deeply analyze the problems existing in the process of project implementation,and provide reasonable improvement plans,so as to reduce the waste of resources and implement as soon as possible.Current project objectives.This paper uses the concept and method of project management,especially integrated management.In the four aspects of project construction(account system and business logic transformation,business opening system transformation,reconciliation and settlement management improvement,interface and application improvement),it follows the six processes of project integrated management(project charter,project management plan,project implementation guidance and management,project monitoring).Work,comprehensive change control,end project or stage),make scientific selection of resource allocation and work,foresee various potential problems,coordinate conflicts among all parties,and ensure the orderly progress of the project.This paper focuses on the analysis of the three main factors to ensure the implementation of the project in the construction of the project,which are to establish a macro project management awareness,improve the plan in each stage of the project implementation process,and establish a smooth communication channel,and then focuses on how to use the integrated management theory to ensure the implementation of the project methods and measures to focus on the discussion and summary.Harbin YSBN boss system optimization project has gone through five basic management processes of project management: startup,planning,implementation,control and closure,overcoming the difficulties of complicated account model change,numerous peripheral system interfaces,coordination difficulties of integrators,change of mobile terminal system requirements,etc.,from the project planning in 2014 to the functional modules and mobile terminal systems of the system in 2016.All of them have been put online,and the project has been successfully completed to fully meet the use needs of all stakeholders of the project.
