With the rapid development of information technology, software development teams are becoming larger and larger, so the cooperation among team members is becoming more and more important.In software project management process, project progress and quality control are the two most important aspects that are relevant to the successful implementation of a project. In this paper, we investigated the process of software project planning and control system of the specific methods for implementing enterprise software project management.We use the dynamic programming method and network planning software project management approach to predict the project progress, which also includes a parallel progress forecasts. In the background of a practical project, we construct a platform for software schedule planning.First, we analyze the background and significance of the project, and introduce the commonly used methods of software project management. We then summarize the concepts and characteristics of software management. The content includes concept, characteristics, scope, principles and content. We also introduce the commonly used techniques in software project management, including Gantt, PERT and CPM. We investigate the milestone progress, human controlled progress and unit progress. Using the Markov analysis method and DELPHI method, we try to predict the project schedule. We analyze the problem about how to convert a sequential model into a parallel mode.Finally, we validated the above methods using BOSS case. By analyzing the prediction results of the software project, we show the effectiveness and feasibility of our proposed approach.
