"one Card" Project Planning Of The Digital Campus Of Beijing University Of Posts And Telecommunications Thoughts On Management

The Campus Computing Project is an important component of the construction and development of the college. Based on the large number of books and literature , considering the current situation of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, the author conducted the project layout and operation management design of BUPT Campus Computing Project, looked for the solutions of actual issues using Project Management Theories, and where came out the comprehensive methodology of Campus Computing ProjectThis paper will focus on the projects planning and implementation in the process of project cost control. Through the research interview, use the "The Expert Meeting Methods and the other related methods, determine the best options, and guide the progress of the implementation of the project.This paper takes the BUPT Campus Computing Project examples, combined with author's work experience. We started with the knowledge aspect of project management, facing with the opportunity of fasting developing of university information construction, we suggest conducting design and plan of constructive project in the way of combination of organization and project, lead the actual project by the knowledge of project management theories. After the summary of the project experience, wish that the paper can be a good example of national university Campus Computing Project construction, and make contribution to the further development of the project management in education field.
