Study On The Order-project Management System For Company FM

At present,the development cycle of mobile phones is getting shorter and shorter,and the demand of customers is becoming more and more diversified.If enterprises want to win in the complex and changeable market competition,they need to constantly improve their ability to take orders.FM company is an enterprise which mainly produces mobile phone components,based on order style project management.Since 2016,the subject of order has changed from plastic parts to assembly parts,and has developed new customers such as F and Z.The number of orders has increased dramatically.However,in the process of project management,problems such as delivery delay,cost overruns and abnormal quality have also been exposed,resulting in frequent complaints from customers.In view of the current problems of FM company,this paper combs them from five aspects: project organizational structure,schedule management,cost management,quality management and purchasing management.Based on the relevant knowledge of project management and the experience of FM company,it finds out the root causes of the current problems of FM company,and on this basis,it puts forward the improvement plan that accords with the current situation of FM company,and in organizational management.In this paper,the weak matrix organizational structure of FM company is designed as a strong matrix organizational structure to give full play to the overall ability of project managers;in project schedule management,do a good job of resource co-ordination and timely information sharing;in project cost management,take the best cost as the principle,carry out the whole staff and whole process cost management;in project quality management,from five aspects: human,machine,material,method and environment.In the procurement management,the procurement process is redesigned and the responsibility subject is defined,rewards and penalties are combined.At the same time,financial,institutional,technical and cultural safeguards are provided to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement program.
