Informationization Project Requirements Change Management Research

The key factor to impact the project progress and quality is the lack of the requirement change management. But due to some unpredictable factors in the process of software developement, the requirement change during the project developement cycle is hard to avoid. According to the investigation, the requirement change leads to the failure of 70% similar projects, so the domestic research institute and software developing company should pay more attention to it.This thesis focuses on finding an efficient way forthe requirement change management in order to minimize the negative impact of requrement change during the process of software developement cycle. Based on the theoretical research on the conventionalmethods for requirement change management and author’s own working experience, the thesis does depth research and discuss; through analysing the reason and impact of requirement change, emphasize that we should pay more attention to the requirement change management. Then expands the management method in the requirement change, emphasize the importance of using the requirement change management, and proves its efficiency in the real work.First, based on the detailed analysis of "six-tuple" model, using this model to accurately describe the element of requirement change. Second, achieve the control of the elements of requirement change through adding some control points to the management process of requirement change, then forms the status control table for requirement change. Finally, using the status control table for requirement change and requirement change management flow to form the improved management method for requirement change, then using this new method to solve the problem happended. in real work, further more, forms management regulation, stadard process to formalize the ordinary requirement change management, then strengthens reauirement change management and increases the levelof the project management.
