M Mobile Communication Equipment Co.,Ltd.is a small-scale processing enterprise mainly engaged in the production of mobile touch screen and other mobile phone accessories.Like all the real enterprises at present,under the pressure of the overall economic downturn,it is hard to survive.The research on the problems and Countermeasures of the performance management of the enterprise will help similar small industrial enterprises to correct the irregular management behavior,improve the efficiency,reduce the risk,enhance the industry competitiveness of the enterprise under the objective external conditions,provide enterprises and employees with a clear goal to promote the work improvement and performance evaluation,and encourage employees and teams to continuously improve the performance evaluation,And finally achieve the overall strategic goals of individuals,teams and even enterprises.The implementation of scientific and effective performance management is an effective way to solve the substantive problems of enterprises and guarantee the realization of the strategic objectives of enterprises.This paper first reviews the related concepts and theories of performance management.At the same time,several common performance management tools(balanced scorecard,wall analysis,KPI,etc.)are briefly described.Through data analysis,interviews and questionnaires with the relevant persons in charge of M Mobile Communication Equipment Co.,Ltd.,the shortcomings of the performance appraisal mode of M Mobile Communication Equipment Co.,Ltd.are understood.In view of the shortcomings of the existing performance management system,combined with the performance management theories and methods developed at home and abroad,the commonly used performance management tools at present are KPI,wal analysis and balanced scorecard mode.Through the comparison of the three models,it is proposed that the balanced scorecard model should be selected for the performance evaluation of M company,and the balanced scorecard should be selected as its performance management tool to establish a performance management system suitable for M company.In the process of using the balanced scorecard,according to the strategic planning and group vision of M company,the strategic planning chart is developed,and the objectives are decomposed through the strategic planning chart.In the process of index decomposition,the management and control mode of M company and the characteristicsof the industry are fully considered,and the index weight is determined by using the weight factor sub to develop the Balanced Scorecard of the company.For the lack of incentive measures and department performance appraisal in performance.management of M Mobile Communication Equipment Co.,Ltd.,this paper formulates corresponding compensation incentive measures and department performance management scheme according to the actual situation of the enterprise.In the research of index system and standard,this paper broadens the evaluation scope of financial index,and introduces the evaluation system of non-financial index.This paper pays more attention to the logical combination of financial index and non-financial index.
