With the rapid development of information industry and new media,traditional media is confronted with a growing market competition and challenges,and must transform to adapt to the new environment.Radio and television media belongs to knowledge intensive industry,needs to give full play to the talent&wisdom,which is the key&motivation to the development of radio,film and television industry.The competition of human resources is the core of radio and television media competition.How to fight to win competition for talent under the new media environment is an important topic in the field of radio,film and television industry.As personnel recruitment,promotion,training,salary incentive must be carried out based on the examination&evaluation,the performance evaluation is the core of human resource management system,playing a key role in promoting the enterprise core competitiveness.Therefore,for the traditional radio and television media to win a position in the rapidly changing market,a proper performance evaluation standard system must be established,corresponding to strategic role&responsibilities of their human resource departments.This can help human resources department to reform the organization in a timely,scientific and fair way,further to change their role in radio,film and television industry.As personnel recruitment,promotion,training,salary incentive must be carried out based on the examination&evaluation,the performance evaluation is the core of human resource management system,playing a key role in promoting the enterprise core competitiveness.However,we can still find a lot of problems from the current performance management of human resources of radio,film and television industry.On one hand,the department of radio,film and television is a system covers political,economic,social and public factors,which have multiple properties of all these factors.Its particularity determines that single performance evaluation standard of human resources does not apply to current situation of the media convergence&development,at the same time neither performance evaluation standard of general public organization or enterprise can be applied.On the other hand,the current performance evaluation system implemented in the radio,film and television industry can not reflect the new requirements till date,performance evaluation consciousness is weak,"Commons","equalitarianism" is still exist,performance evaluation system is not yet mature,principle party of evaluation is unitary,appraisal process is isolated.This paper is to study the human resource performance evaluation system of Xiaoshan radio,film and television industry,based on their current situation,while applying existing relevant theoretical research.Further to that,this paper would try to optimize the HR performance evaluation system based on the study and to review the evaluation result,which including performance evaluation index system design,performance evaluation index weight assignment,the performance appraisal process and review of the performance evaluation results,providing theoretical foundation and constructive suggestions the future transformation of radio&television department HR department.
