With the development of digital and network technologies,new media have emerged,and traditional paper books,newspapers,and magazines have gradually withdrawn from the market.Printing companies are beginning to try to transform in order to better participate in the non-printing field and the competition of online media.However,although the existing printing companies have undergone a major transformation in their business models,the management level has not changed much,and the performance evaluation system has remained before the transformation.Traditional indicators such as operating profit,operating income,and product quality cannot Fully evaluate the value of the business.Therefore,under the condition that most of the factors of production are almost the same,it is particularly important to formulate a scientific and effective management mechanism to enhance their own competitiveness.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.Explain the current research background and the theoretical and practical significance of this research,as well as the main content and research methods of the research,and briefly summarize the research conclusions of relevant scholars.The second part is the theoretical basis.It mainly expounds the related theories of performance evaluation and related theories of balanced scorecard.The third part analyzes the existing performance evaluation system of HC Media.Briefly introduced the organization and operation of HC Media,and elaborated the status of performance evaluation of HC Media.The fourth part is the construction of HC Media's balanced scorecard performance evaluation system.Briefly expound the principles of balanced scorecard index design,design the performance evaluation index of HC media company,and finally use analytic hierarchy process and questionnaire to determine the index weight of HC media company.The fifth part is to simulate the operation of the well-designed HC Media's balanced scorecard performance evaluation system and set up related safeguard measures.This article applies the balanced scorecard,a strategic management tool,to the construction of the HCcompany's performance evaluation system.The purpose is to better stimulate the work of employees in various departments,promote solidarity and cooperation between departments,and better complete the printing company Comprehensive transformation,adapt to new strategic goals,and improve their core competitiveness.At the same time,it also has reference significance for the construction of performance evaluation system of other printing enterprises undergoing transformation.
