In the era of global economic integration,great changes have taken place in the management mode of enterprises,and the new performance management model plays a vital role in the development of enterprises.The communication equipment manufacturing industry is a high-tech industry,which ensures the interconnection between people.With the development of science and technology,the requirements for the communication equipment manufacturing industry are getting higher and higher.In order to improve the overall development level of the communication equipment manufacturing industry,it is particularly important to establish a set of perfect performance evaluation system.The more perfect the enterprise performance evaluation system is,the more it can fully reflect the general situation of the enterprise and accurately measure the operating status of the enterprise.Through performance evaluation,managers can find the internal problems of the enterprise and take the initiative to solve these problems,so as to improve the internal management level of the enterprise,promote the development of the company,and maintain the internal stability of the company.Balanced Scorecard,a performance management tool,is more popular at present and plays an inestimable role in the performance management of enterprises.It replaces the traditional performance evaluation method,and is adopted by many large enterprises because of its advanced nature,strategic foresight and comprehensiveness,to formulate enterprise performance evaluation indicators comprehensively and clearly,so that enterprises can find the focus of their own development direction.improve the current performance evaluation methods and guide enterprises to achieve strategic development step by step.This paper selects YR Company in the communication equipment manufacturing industry as a case enterprise.Firstly,it uses the literature research method to summarize the core theory of the balanced Scorecard in the enterprise performance evaluation method.Secondly,it makes a detailed analysis of the overall situation of YR Company,combined with the current situation of performance evaluation of YR Company,and identifies that there are some problems in the process of performance evaluation of YR Company,such as paying too much attention to short-term benefits,not combining with company strategy,incomplete content of performance evaluation,poor communication of performance evaluation and so on.In view of these problems,it is proposed to establish a balanced scorecard performance evaluation system for YR Company.It also fully explains the necessity of introducing balanced Scorecard into YR Company.In the process of redesigning the performance evaluation system for YR Company,starting from the four dimensions of the balanced Scorecard,combined with the strategic development direction of the company,set the performance evaluation indicators under each dimension,assign values to these indicators,determine the weight of each index,and construct a comprehensive performance evaluation scheme.It is also proposed that the management should vigorously support and drive employees to improve the overall implementation efficiency,conduct assessment according to the management cycle,and achieve timely feedback,and a series of safeguard measures to ensure the effective implementation of the balanced Scorecard within YR,hoping to solve the problems existing in YR,and provide reference and reference for other communication equipment enterprises and even the whole industry.
