Research On Strategies To Enhance Company A's Technology Innovation Capability

Technological innovation is the driving force and a determinant for an enterprise's development,which needs to be kept enhanced in order to cope with market competition.Therefore,the realistic,objective,scientific,reasonable,and effective evaluation of the ability of technological innovation of enterprises can not only help them to make technological innovation strategies,but also have great significance for enterprises to maintain and improve their competitive strength.A is a company that focuses on personal computers.As research and development capabilities are an important part of technological innovation capabilities,A's technological innovation capabilities enhanced is of great significance for the overall competition capability of company.First,based on massive literature research,the concept of technological innovation and is defined,and the theory of technological innovation of enterprises is summarized.Five dimensional introductions about innovation resource input,R&D capabilities,manufacturing capabilities,marketing capabilities,and innovation management capabilities are presented.Secondly,by investigating the current status of A's technological innovation capability,the evaluation model of A's technological innovation capability is constructed including 5 first-level indicators and 21 second-level indicators.Specifically,by combining quantitative and qualitative analysis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to obtain the evaluation index results,and then the maximum membership degree principle and the weighted average method are used to test the index results.According to the analysis results of the evaluation model,the problems existing in A's technological innovation capability is analyzed.Finally,we put forward targeted recommendations and safeguard measures to enable company A to have a clearer understanding of the current problems in technological innovation from the aspects of increasing resource input,improving the innovation management mode,and optimizing the innovation incentive system.Innovate investment,improve innovation capability and other strategies can be taken to enhance competitiveness.Through the analysis of A's technological innovation capability,this paper finds out the existing problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems and shortcomings in light of the actual situation of the company.Hopefully,it can be useful to improve the technological innovation ability of Company A and have reference to other companies.
