Design verification test is a small batch experiment before the production whichis called DVT for short in the following text. The purpose of DVT is to find outwhether the product is ready for production and detect the default, which will speedthe product’s industrialization. At present, the conclusion of DVT depends on themanagements’ subjective judgement, which lacks specific proof. Different ideas ofthe managements in different periods may lead to different conclusions. This paperattempts to study the way to make DVT conclusion objective and scientific.During the theoretical study of the printer DVT conclusion, the characteristic ofthe printer conclusion is analyzed, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy integratedevaluation are studied. Analytic hierarchy process is used to study the weight of allthe printer DVT conclusion elements, fuzzy integrated evaluation is used to evaluatethe printer DVT globally, and then analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy integratedevaluation are selected used to combined the printer DVT.During founding the elements of the printer DVT evaluation, three factors(function and performance, productibility economy) are confirmed by studying thepurpose of the printer DVT. All the related elements of the function and performanceevaluation are confirmed by studying the printer theory, performance,and application.All the related elements of the printer DVT productibility (including proof and datasource) are confirmed by studying the printer production procedure. The method andproof of the printer maintainability evaluation by studying the customer impact of theprinter. By all the study mentioned, all the elements of the printer DVT evaluation aredivided to six primary elements and nineteen senior elements. the weight of elementsare calculated by analytic hierarchy process, then evaluation details of the printerDVT are founded, which lays the foundation of the printer DVT evaluation.During the founding of the printer DVT evaluation, fuzzy integrated evaluationis used. The Quantitative classification standard of the evaluation is founded first,according to the raters’ ideas, fuzzy relation matrix between the evaluation elementsand evaluation set is founded to calculate the evaluation result vector of theevaluation elements, and then points and the rank of the evaluation elements areworked out by using fuzzy integrated evaluation. The evaluation result which isquantitative and comparable can provide the later research with advice, which canprove that the way to evaluate the printer DVT is reasonable.In order to popularize the method of printer DVT evaluation, the printer DVTevaluation software is built in this study. Considering the characteristics of VB andAccess software, they are selected to be programming software and database software.Then the function module and convenient operation interface of the software are designed. At last, the software is tried out in the printer company, Due to the simpleoperation interface, easy operation, and high reliability, the software is high lypraised and useful for the popularization of the printer DVT evaluation.
