Because of the huge organization and large number of employees in modern mechanical processing enterprises,in order to reduce the cost of enterprise management and improve the enthusiasm of employees in production,we must use computers to carry out modern enterprise staff assessment and evaluation management.Based on the analysis of the problems of unclear indicators,quantifiable and difficult evaluation in the current evaluation system of employees in mechanical processing enterprises,this paper determines the comprehensive evaluation by means of Delphi method after thorough study of the main components of the comprehensive evaluation of employees,the characteristics of the evaluation and the evaluation methods.In order to combine qualitative and quantitative research on the problem,when determining the weight of each evaluation index,the weight of each evaluation index is determined by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),thus a set of comprehensive evaluation index system for employees of mechanical processing enterprises is constructed.The comprehensive evaluation of enterprise employees is a complicated process,which is affected by multiple factors and indicators.Therefore,this paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the evaluation score.So that the evaluation results are objective,accurate and scientific,and the evaluation results are recognized,the total score of comprehensive evaluation is calculated,and the comprehensive evaluation scores are sorted.The main body of this paper is to design and implement a set of comprehensive evaluation system for employees of mechanical processing enterprises.This paper mainly studies how to make scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation of enterprise employees by using mathematical methods,and then uses ASP.NET technology,C# programming language and other computer technology to develop and implement the system.In the process of system development,the theory and technology related to system development are studied first,and then the functional and non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed.Finally,the structure system based on B/S is selected,ASP.NET technology and C# programming language are used to develop on Visual Studio 2008 development platform,and SQL Server 2008 is used as background database.A complete set of comprehensive evaluation system for employees of mechanical processing enterprises is designed and implemented.This topic is the application of mathematical methods and computer technology in the evaluation of enterprise employees.The developed comprehensive evaluation system for enterprise employees has the advantages of simple operation,good flexibility,high security and stable operation.It provides a convenient and accurate management service platform for enterprises.
