As an imported TV program,reality show has developed rapidly since it entered the Chinese variety show market.It has evolved from the form of the program into a consciousness of program creation,and produced a variety of entertainment programs.In 2004,the popularity of super girl on hunan satellite TV exploded the market of reality shows of talent shows.Since then,all kinds of talent shows have blossomed all over the country.This is an early popular idol cultivation program in China,and the culture of fans in China began to rise.After 2010,a number of phenomenal talent shows,such as the voice of China,emerged,and the mode of cultivating popular idols began to become normalized.At the same time,domestic reality shows are faced with the high-pressure environment of "cutback on entertainment",which limits the time period,quantity and introduction of overseas copyrighted programs on star channel,which is an important policy driver for the transfer of TV variety shows to online platforms.At the same time,the major domestic video websites have occupied the main share of the online audio-visual market.The production level,operation ability and communication influence of the program are no less than that of the satellite TV.Under this background,the phenomena-level network synthesis "idol trainee" and "create camp 101" came into being.Idol trainee is the first landing of group idol cultivation mode in Japan and South Korea.It belongs to the peak competition in the white-hot reality show market.It has distinct characteristics in program production,program mode,narrative mode,fan operation and media resource integration.In this paper,combing the current research status about reality TV show at home and abroad,summarizes the domestic development of reality show in recent years,with "idol trainee" as the object of the case study,through the questionnaire survey method,content analysis,literature research to analyze the idol forming type of reality TV shows and type characteristics.First of all,in the introduction,the author enumerates the authoritative academic opinions about reality shows at home and abroad,and points out the theoretical basis of reference significance for this paper.Secondly,it clarifies the connotation of words such as "cultivation" and "fans and fans group" needed for this paper.Thirdly,it deconstructs the way of "cultivation" of idol cultivation reality shows from the aspects of program mode,narrative mode,fan structure and media structure of idol cultivation.After that,I reflected on the problems existing in the popular broadcast of idol trainee and put forward the conception of solving strategies.
