Fan culture has always been an important branch of cultural studies.Since its birth,it has existed as a subculture identity that is different from the mainstream culture of the society.Especially in recent years,it has become popular with the extensive application and development of the Internet.At the same time,the rapid development of fan culture and fan economy has had an increasingly important impact on the entertainment industry.As a new form of cultural consumption,participatory culture has also developed rapidly,becoming the main form of cultural consumption of young people,and has set off a global cultural trend in the world.According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "2018 China Pan-Entertainment Industry White Paper",China's entertainment output value has been huge and continues to grow.In the Internet environment,social networks are constantly updated and upgraded.The arrival of the new media era has made the Chinese TV industry "pan-entertainment".The direction of "reform" has developed rapidly.As the most active audience,fans have been trying to influence the media entertainment industry.Fan culture is a cultural form that is dependent on the popular culture.The open public opinion platform has stimulated the enthusiasm of fans to participate in the program,and the fan economy has become a The market operation mode with higher economic benefits and social benefits has gradually increased in the cultural industry market and has become a representative economic model.In the background,the idol-developed talent show has set off a wave of ratings in Asia.Chinese film and television producers have also tried this new form of programming and achieved some success.Therefore,many experts and scholars have turned their attention to the TV media as the main narrator of contemporary society.The research on TV drama narratives,news narratives,and interview program narratives has emerged in the perspective of theoretical research on post-classical narratology.However,little research has been done on the new variety show of the new form of the idol show "Idols Make a Draft".Based on the background of fan culture,this thesis attempts to apply the relevant narratological principles to analyze the "Idol Practitioners",a high-profile TV show in China,and combine the concepts of semiotics and psychology to pass on "Idol Trainees".Implement text analysis,analyze the narrative elements in the program one by one,study its narrative strategy,and summarize the analysis of the narrative strategy of the current show-oriented background,including the story and discourse of the program.The systematic analysis of the echoes of characters,frames,plots and fans reveals the internal logic of how the fans culture,the fan economy and the narrative strategies of variety shows interact,construct and influence each other.This is not only a new perspective for the study of such programs,but also enriches and expands the scope of application of narratological research.
