The recently released Attraction at Disney's Hollywood Studios, one of the Disney's theme parks in Orlando, The American Idol Experience is a reality game show resourced from American Idol, the famous television program of Fox Television Network. The American Idol Experience has its own characters and game rules, though it modeled the outer factors from American Idol. This article featured of this discovery and making the comparison study between American Idol and The American Idol Experience which differed from the interior factors.The study stared with the history and relationship of the two shows and emphasized on the resource of program forms and communication ideas, based on what, The American Idol Experience was found with the emphasis on experiencing and joining of ordinary people due to its unique environment for communication, which indicated the typical meaning of post-modern culture. After further study of the program structure, The American Idol Experience was found of keeping the suspense setting of American Idol show and compacted it in order to suit the situation in the theme park and pursuit better communication effect. Furthermore, the business models of the two shows were compared between as well.To be contract, reality game shows appeared in China were forth to this study, especially the shows resourced from overseas.
