With the progress of science and technology,information technology with computer technology as the core plays an increasingly important role in social development.As the carrier of information technology landing,software project plays an important role in the informatization construction of society and enterprises.Project management is to use scientific management methods,technologies and tools to make the project achieve the expected goal to the maximum extent.In the modern,information-based and digital market competition system,it is directly related to the success or failure of a project to respond to user needs and market changes quickly.It is also the basis for a software enterprise to obtain better development in the rapidly changing market.Thus,the important position of schedule management in the whole project management can be seen.This paper takes the QC project of L company as a case.Firstly,it summarizes the research background,research significance,research methods and content,and obtains the basic framework of this paper.Then the definition and content of project and project management are briefly described,and the characteristics of software project are summarized;at the same time,the theoretical knowledge of schedule management and related technologies and tools are emphatically introduced.Then it briefly describes the general situation of L company and QC project,makes an inventory and carding of the current progress of QC project,finds out the existing problems and causes;secondly,combining with the knowledge,tools and technology of project schedule management introduced above,it scientifically plans the progress management of QC project,and organizes effective monitoring system and change control system.Finally,the team training and communication mechanism is also done to ensure that the QC project can be carried out according to the agreed plan.This paper studies and analyzes the problems existing in QC project,such as unreasonable organizational structure,lack of correlation between project nodes and business milestones,inaccurate estimation of construction period,lack of effective monitoring of changes,and lax monitoring of progress management Combining with the characteristics of the project and using Gantt chart,plan review technology(rept)and critical path method as the main technologies and tools,the schedule management plan preparation and progress management monitoring of QC project are improved.The work breakdown structure is used to define the critical path,reasonable personnel allocation,and three-point estimation method is used as the baseline of project time estimation to improve the project In order to ensure the accuracy of activity time estimation and establish CCB control change method,the QC project can return to normal track.In this paper,the QC project schedule management is studied as an example.By finding out the causes of the problems and providing solutions,it can greatly promote the progress management of other projects and the overall software project of L company.At the same time,it can also provide some reference for other software projects in the industry.
