In recent years,small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises have developed rapidly in the background of intelligent manufacturing industry.The number of installations of various automation equipment is increasing,and the application of intelligent warehouse management system in the manufacturing field has become increasingly widespread.The manufacturing execution system(MES),as the control center of production management and scheduling execution,has also become an indispensable part of the informationization construction of manufacturing enterprises.Warehousing and production are the two core links in the management of manufacturing enterprises.How to form business integration between intelligent warehouse management system and manufacturing execution system based on their business characteristics is a major problem for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.This paper takes a medium-sized terminal equipment processing enterprise as the research object.After the enterprise is equipped with intelligent warehouse management system and related automation equipment,because the intelligent warehouse management system does not establish direct contact with the workshop production site,the whole production management process is disconnected,resulting in a significant increase in productivity and resource utilization.In order to solve the above problems,according to the actual needs of the enterprise and based on the intelligent warehouse management system that the enterprise has deployed,a set of manufacturing execution system for intelligent warehousing was designed and implemented,which finally reached the goal of reducing energy consumption,saving cost and improving efficiency.This paper first expounds the importance of the system connection between the intelligent warehouse management system and the manufacturing execution system in enterprise production management,and the research and development status of the two systems at home and abroad.Then combined with the actual business scenarios of the production site of the enterprise factory and the characteristics of the existing intelligent warehouse management system,the technical methods integrated with Spring Boot and SSM framework are selected to develop and implement the manufacturing execution system.Next,through the basic business flow chart produced in the factory,the business functions in the actual production process are analyzed,and the use case diagrams of system management,plan management,material management,production management,data statistics and other functions in the internal business process of the factory are listed respectively.The requirement analysis of these modules is carried out separately,and the system business affiliation is obtained according to the analysis results,thereby dividing the functional modules of the system.After that,the ER diagram of the system is constructed,the relationship between the entities in the system is determined,and the database of the system is designed as a whole.Then,each function module is designed in detail,and the coding implementation process of business functions is illustrated in the form of class diagrams and sequence diagrams.In the production task scheduling,the production task scheduling strategy of dynamic compound rules is designed and implemented based on the job scheduling priority rule,which optimizes the shop floor scheduling and rationally distributes the production tasks.At the end of the paper,the test cases are written for each business function.By executing the test cases and comparing the test results with the expected results,the test results of each function are the same as the expected results.The test system is used to test the performance of the whole system,and the test results are analyzed by data,and the results meet the expected goals of the system.The manufacturing execution system for intelligent warehousing designed and implemented in this paper can be stably operated after being put into use officially.The information feedback and system performance monitoring indicators in the actual use process indicate that the system has met the business function requirements and performance requirements.It has achieved the goal of expected design,fully utilized the advantages of the original intelligent warehouse management system of the enterprise,optimized the production management process of the enterprise production scheduling,and effectively improved the production efficiency of the enterprise.
