As the “Industry 4.0” has been proposed, intelligent manufacturing has become a research focus in the academia and industry, one of the key problems in intelligent manufacturing is production scheduling, it is important to do research on this problem. Aiming at the production scheduling optimization problem of intelligent manufacturing, this paper has carried out the following research work:(1) The deep analysis of the production scheduling problem in intelligent production workshop. Described the intelligent production workshop and analyzed the characteristics of workshop production scheduling problem.(2) The establishment of mathematical model of intelligent production scheduling problem. Defined a workshop configuration and set different level for these parameters. The mathematical model was established and solved by heuristic scheduling rules algorithm.(3) The solution and analysis of heuristic scheduling rules. All scheduling heuristic scheduling rules algorithm performance has been tested under different objectives, analyzed the influence of different workshop configuration parameters on scheduling rules, and got the best scheduling rules for each objective function.(4) The immune scheduling algorithm design and simulation testing. An immune scheduling algorithm is proposed based on idiotype network theory. Simulation tests showed the immune scheduling algorithm can control the dispatching rules dynamically and satisfied multiple scheduling targets.The findings show that the intelligent scheduling model is reasonable, the dynamic scheduling method and proposed immune scheduling algorithm for solving production scheduling problem can achieve good effects, which means these methods can realize the intel igent of production scheduling.
