According to the real requirement of a laboratory Manufacturing Execution System (MES) of a certain semiconductor manufacturing enterprise, it integrates its scheduling with Genetic Algorithm (GA) under the non-production model. It also improves the system by the real conditions. It merges the thinking of Simulated Annealing (SA) into the creation of the initial population. And it introduces the time stamp into each process stage make it more exact on the using time span of the related devices. It also solves the problems on split and batch run. By that, it offers a reasonable solution on scheduling.
