Manufacturing execution system(MES)is a workshop oriented information management system,which is between the upper enterprise planning management system and the lower industrial field control system.The system can not only convey the production tasks of the upper layer to the workshop,but also feed back the implementation of the lower layer to the planners.It builds a bridge between the planning layer and the control layer,fills the "gap" between them,and is one of the essential key technologies of intelligent manufacturing.Manufacturing execution system is the only way for manufacturing industry to be modernized and intelligent.Based on the domestic photoelectric high-tech manufacturing enterprise mullinson Co.,Ltd.,which is committed to LED packaging and the production of LED application products,researching key technologies such as production scheduling,aiming to shorten the construction period,reduce the inventory and fast delivery,this paper designs and realizes the functional modules such as planning scheduling and production process,which are included in MES system,and improves the level of workshop information management.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on analyzing the business process and functional requirements of the company,the overall scheme of the manufacturing execution system are designed.The system architecture consists of the database layer for storing and providing data,the basic data support layer for operating and feedback data,the application layer for processing business logic and the presentation layer for direct contact with users.So as,the system structure is clearer and the division of labor is clearer,which is conducive to later maintenance and upgrading.The function module include the management module of basic data such as equipment and process,the production scheduling module of arranging process and processing time,the production process module of managing workshop production progress and quality inspection data,the management module of simulating equipment interface transmission data,the management module of displaying Gantt chart and other information,and the system management module including user information,role authority and menuinformation.(2)Static scheduling is carried out with genetic algorithm as the core,and production scheduling is optimized with the objective of the shortest processing time,the least processing cost and the least times of replacing materials.Coding is the basis of genetic operation.On the basis of considering the characteristics of the production process of the enterprise,the processing procedure,production equipment,processing time and production cost are coded to form a four-layer coding structure.The Pareto solution set is formed by selecting individuals according to the non dominated level and crowding distance.After dimensionless target values and their weights are determined,the comprehensive evaluation value of each individual in the Pareto solution set is calculated by the linear weighting method,and the scheduling scheme with the highest comprehensive evaluation value is selected to form the corresponding schedule Gantt chart.(3)The neural network algorithm is used as the core of dynamic scheduling,and the scheduling technology of generating rescheduling scheme under the disturbance of uncertain factors such as urgent order and equipment failure is studied.The normalization method is used to solve the problem that the output signal enters the flat area because of the large absolute value of the input signal.The combination sequence of three processed hexadecimal numbers is taken as the output signal and mapped with the actual production sequence one by one to avoid the problem of illegal combination sequence after the signal is processed by activation function.(4)Combined with the user,order,batch,process,equipment,coding information and other entity objects involved in workshop production,the system database and table structure are designed.The key modules of the system are developed in Visual Studio environment by using C# language,Easy UI,Web API,JS and other development tools.
