The CNC Production Line Manufacturing Execution System Design And Development In Integrated Environment

MES(MES, Manufacture Execution System),a typical existance of the IT application in manufacturing industry,has been brought within increasing public focus as well as plays a more important role in the development of enterprise.Bonding the management of enterprise with production sites,using MES focuses on the optimization of the whole production process.This paper is aimed at the new production line of the F company, Developed the MES software,Including pre production planning management module, customer oriented production planning management module, production scheduling management module, pre production process management module, process of customization production management module and quality management module. Meet the needs of the company, such as the need of integration,the automation and the intelligence of CNC automatic production line production process management. To achieve data exchange requirements of SAP and WMS, the application of Silverlight which is based on WCF Ria Service and duplex communication of WCF has made it possible for the two-way delivery of production data in real time,which has guaranteed the timely information delivery among work stations.Therefore,the whole process has realized real-time management, integration control and high-efficiency production.The MES in this paper has been implemented at the new production line.it has met customer requirements and achieved good economic benefits.At the same time, this paper can provide reference for the development of the MES of similar enterprises.
