In the "Made in China 2025" development strategy,China's manufacturing industry is facing a new round of transfor mation and upgrading.Intelligent manufacturing With the Internet of things,large data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other new generation of information technology is the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing system is to achieve the smart plant to lay a solid foundation.To achieve the depth of information technology and industrialization will promote China's manufacturing industry to a higher level.In the enterprise information management system,manufacturing execution system(MES)occupy a key position.This paper summarizes the present situation and production characteristics of informationization in the capacitor manufacturing industry,and makes a research and analysis on the manufacturing system model.In this paper,the op timization problems of coil cutting,production scheduling problem and system prototype are studied in the process of capacitor manufacturing.The key problems and related technologies are systematically studied.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Research and analysis of the status quo of intelligent manufacturing and MES research,analysis of the manufacturing system model,summed up the MES functional system three-tier model and the interaction between the layers of information,production management model and production scheduling model in-depth study,This paper expatiates on the statistical area of the basic static information definition region,the production scheduling instruction release area and the production performance statistical feedback area,explains the transmission of the information flow among the modules in the production schedule,and analyzes the MES functional requirements and performance requirements.(2)The mathematic model is established for the optimization of the cutting process of the raw material in the manufacturing process of the capacitor.The model considers the characteristics of the raw material specification in the actual production process and the diversification of the cutting target,and desi gns the multi-objective evaluation function and the constraint condition.The improved genetic algorithm based on preference is used to derive the problem.Finally,the simulation experiment is carried out by the example data,and the validity and stability of the improved algorithm are verified by the simulation results.(3)Combining the characteristics of the actual production workshop of the capacitor,the paper summarizes the characteristics of the multi-process production process of the capacitor and the existence of the parallel machine.The model of the capacitor production workshop is established.The model belongs to the typical flow shop scheduling model.Taking into account the actual production process of the capacitor,because the same machine to produce different specifications of the product is required by adjusting the mechanical structure of the equipment and software operating parameters,which will make the production schedule in addition to production time need to consider the change time,so the modeling time has been changed into the timing factors into the scheduling model.This paper studies the idea of solving the flow shop scheduling and uses the genetic algorithm to solve the model.Because of the shortcomings of the traditional genetic algorithm in the convergence rate and the global search ability,this paper uses the improved adaptive genetic algorithm to adapt the selection probability and the crossover probability with the number of evolution iterations.The simulation results show that the improved algorithm has the validity and stability of the solution for the production workshop scheduling problem in the capacitor manufacturing enterprise.(4)Design and implement the capacitor MES prototype,the system function framework,network structure topology diagram for a detailed analysis.The MES prototype system can meet the requirements of the capacitor manufacturing enterprise,give the economic benefits and practical value to the enterprise,and enhance the manufacturing of the capacitor.The MES prototype system can meet the requirements of the capacitor manufacturing enterprise,Enterprise manufacturing management level.
