In this thesis,the "facts and values" model of crisis communication dialogue paradigm is the theoretical basis.This model is not only the main theoretical guidance for the study of the object,but also the specific practical path for the mainstream media to enhance the level of interaction.The four main research questions in this paper are respectively answered and solved through each chapter.Chapter two mainly aims to solve the first research problem of this paper,that is,what kind of information and interactive signals are presented to the public by the official micro-blog of People's Daily in the context of haze crisis? The research on the agenda setting of the official micro-blog media in People's Daily can be regarded as the research on the interactive signals sent by the media as communicators.The analysis is carried out from the two aspects of the importance setting and attribute setting of media agenda,in which the "importance agenda setting" and "attribute agenda setting" are the extension and induction of "facts" and "values" respectively.Importance agenda setting shows that the official micro-blog of People's Daily presents the issue of "haze" in fact,while attribute agenda setting studies its value and emotional presentation.This paper probes into the media agenda construction of the official Weibo of People's Daily in the face of the public environmental crisis of "haze".Chapter three investigates the interaction between the official micro-blog haze of People's Daily and the public in the haze crisis.The media is not only a mirror of the crisis,but also a part of the crisis picture.The second question of this study is: Weibo as an interactive field,what kind of response will the public make when facing the interactive signal from People's Daily? The analysis sample comes from the data collection of public comments on the official micro-blog haze issue of People's Daily.The analysis content comes from the interaction mode,emotional expression and comment theme of the audience.It explores how the public can participate in the redistribution of voice in the public environment crisis of "haze" through the interactive function of Sina Weibo.Chapter four,on the basis of the previous article,investigates the interaction effect.The study of interaction effect refers to Hu Baijing's proposal: through dialogue,people can fully understand the truth,benefit each other in the interests,and trust each other in the value level.That is to say,the dialogue paradigm of crisis communication-"facts and values" model is used as a path to observe the effect of dialogue and interaction between the public and the mainstream media.In the confrontation of information and emotion,the two sides,as "transmitters",expound their respective "facts" and "values".People's Daily,as the official micro-blog of the mainstream media,aims to make more opinions compare and negotiate in the same field.Although it may not necessarily make everyone agree on the topic,it at least forms a consensus and fosters a common meaning space between different social subjects.Finally,the fifth chapter takes the "facts and values" model as the practical path support,discusses the shortcomings of the official micro-blog of People's Daily at present,and how to improve and enhance its interactive function from the two levels of facts informing and value guiding,and finally achieve the resonance of "facts dimension" and "value dimension",that is,the maintenance of public interests.
