In today's society,computer technology develops rapidly,and computer technology permeates all fields.Computer technology has applied to enterprises and institutions in all aspects.Some communications companies,like China unicom,aims to support the management thought also needs to use a variety of information technology,especially the use of customer relationship management(CRM)systems,which would make their customer management ability get great improvement.Now,company if you want to continue to provide customers with better service,it must be established in accordance with the company of the practical need of customer relationship management system,so as to improve customer service level,rapid response to market changes,enhance the purpose of customer service.CRM has a long history of development and there are many contradictions in its development process.One of the most prominent is the conflict between the user's demand and the original established model of the product.CRM value must be reflected on the customer segmentation.If divide the IT management software industry,IT is not hard to find that the advantages of industry-based software are very large.In the area of CRM,there is a lot of room to grow if you can capture this early.The emergence of SaaS models has led to the use of web information as much as people use it on a daily basis.Information is obtained through the leasing method,both customer information and customer experience and strategies are applied as leasing,and CRM will become the pioneer of this business.For a company,SaaS based CRM system can not only save operating costs for the company,but also effectively organize enterprise resources.Provide personalized service for different customers.In this paper,the research background of the project and the research status of CRM and SaaS lead to the work to be completed.Next,the SaaS and CRM involves the major knowledge and the paper adopted by the D-MVP design patterns are introduced,using the relevant technology completed based on SaaS CRM system analysis,design,and the final implementation.It mainly includes detailed design of CRM system from the bottom data layer to the model layer,view layer and presentation layer according to the SaaS model and d-mvp design pattern.From the perspective of business model,the functional modules of customer management,product management and order management of CRM system based on SaaS model are analyzed in detail.Finally,ASP.NET 4.0 was used as a Web development tool on the Microsoft.NET platform and C# was used to implement the system and test it.
