Metrology is the pillar of scientific development ,it has been applied in to practicein all aspects of daily life. Metrology institution is assumed responsibility for verification /calibration to ensure the accuracy and reliability of value transfermation . With the development of tech-nology and the improvement of people's living standard.The metrology work has considerable complexity and data redundancy, but the vast majority of metrology institutions still record values on paper manually, the data can not be stored and retrieved efficiently so that can not be shared conveniently , hindered the effective expansion of the metrology work greatly . Consid-ering the Internet + becoming the focus of national support , the change of metrology manage-ment to networked mode becomes a breakthrough.The metrology business management system consists of two parts: information manage-ment and inspection business. This paper designs and implements the metrology information management system The main contents of the system is: 1. The management of system infor-mation such as department, user, role authorization, module division and function deployment;2. The maintenance of metrology norm and the construction of digital original record template,and the the trace of data modification in the original record; 3. Information management and periodic verification / calibration of metrology equipment; 4. The operation of the system user is written to the log file, providing a query of log information, instrument status and task statis-tics.Among them, this paper has two key issues, one is the problem of the digital original tem-plate. The number of metrology instruments continued to grow and the renewal of the metrolo-gy norm is accelerating, while the original paper records have the disadvantages of low effi-ciency, error-prone, difficult to store and retrieve. This paper integrates the structure and content of the metrology norm to extract the common control library , generate digitized, standardized original record template by dragging the control, calling the formula library to automatically calculate the verification result, retrieving the database to extract the basic information of the metrology instrument. The second is the problem of data retention. The digital original record template cannot keep the handwriting like paper record, not support conversion data and unable to show the modified traces at the same time, so it cannot ensure that the original data is not immutable. During the execution of the verification task, make sure the changes in the data are retained by obtaining the focus of the text box and listening to the keyboard key values for the initial record creation, For the original record of the old version, from the text, numeric value,selection box three data types of comparison to obtain the original modification content, which the text compares with LCSS algorithm, fast and efficient.The metrology information management system builds the creation environment of the original record template based on the control and provides the generation of the normalized template for the vast majority of the metrology instruments. And it supports the automatic im-port of the instrument information , the validity judgment of the verification data and the auto-matic calculation of the verification result, and improve the accuracy , reliability and objectivity of the determination results ; The original nature of the record is guaranteed by the way of phased retention, and the validity of verification data is realized.; Providing digital platform to implement the sharing of data information within the organization, optimization of management decision-making methods and means, and solve the coordination and information transfer be-tween departments, improve the overall efficiency of organizations, provide a reliable, accurate and convenient technical service guarantee for the majority of the masses.The system has been on the line and run smoothly for a year, the effect is good.
