Along with the application of many kinds of on-line office systems, people pay more attention to the operation security of public document transmission, on-line examination and approval etc.. A safer method for the new on-line office system is offered through the research and development of digital signature. This article mainly introduces how to combine and optimize the techniques of digital signature and electronic official seal, compare and improve the current digital signature, use the data encryption techniques into on-line office system and then create a integrated on-line office system safe scheme based on data encryption techniques.The article discuss the following emphases: firstly, analyze current popular digital signature algorithm, emphasize on MD5 and RSA, discuss how to make good use of both methods advantage, how to avoid a series of problems due to the disadvantages of both, and how to add some control factors in order to strengthen the data transmission security in the on-line office system; secondly, discuss the realization and application of digital signature in electronic document, make use of the strict responsive protocol between the receiver and sender to overcome the disadvantages of simplex digital signature, introduce how to make good use of the advantages of both and combine scientific encapsulation system, realize on-line safe transmission of including digital signature by transmission protocol, and offer an effective authentication system; then introduce the software scheme of electronic official seal in document transmission. Through the read-write analysis of BMP data bit, and combining the document transmission characteristic and MD5 encryption algorithm, electronic document stamping is realized by user. Through the research and analysis to the on-line office system, a safe scheme of document transmission is established. Combining a series of on-line work methods, such as document examination and approval, application etc., utilizing the above discussed safe mechanism, a on-line office system is completed based on the data encryption technique. Lastly, the registration encryption technique of the on-line office system source files is discussed. Bottom level protection to the source files is realized.
