With the fast development of society,customer demand change appears more and more frequently in the software development project.Traditional project management methods are mainly based on the linear development,that is,paying too much attention to the forecast,plan and periodic control.Therefore,they gradually do not adapt to the pace of the modern software development,especially the Internet projects.With short project cycle and the rapid demand change,traditional methods cannot achieve rapid response to quick demand change.In addition,once the project is faced with demand change or the quality defects,it usually causes development delays,cost overruns and even failure.So the ability to deal with rapid changes gradually becomes one of the core competitive elements of software development enterprise.Due to the characteristics of "embracing change,strong adaptability,phase delivery",agile development has been widely used in many software companies in the world in recent years.However,the practice of agile management in our country is still at the primary stage of cloning currently and many enterprises have encountered difficulties in the process of transforming to agile development because agile and traditional methods have great differences in values and practices,such as "embracing change,small team management and working together with customers",which are not accepted by the management team easily.As a result,agile project management has not played at its greatest advantage.Therefore,the combination of the agile and traditional development may be a new solution to these problems.It can both keep the flexibility and ability to adapt to change and control the whole progress at the same time.The scheme can also reduce the complexity and professional degrees of agile method implementation to help enterprises to transform to agile development smoothly.Based on the research on traditional and agile project development process,this work integrates agile development principles,mode and methods into the whole management process of software development.And then a feasible model was set up to improve the quality and efficiency of the project and to meet the complex and flexible project requirements.This model is based on the agile manifesto and twelve principles with combination of the processes and key factors of Scrum,XP and lean development,which can maximize the advantages and reach the highest target in this project.Finally,this model has been practiced in the process of implementation in human resource development system project of Company A to verify its validity and the applicability.Ways to better apply agile management methods in real projects and improve the success rate and quality also have been found.The results of practice show that the model is suitable for projects with the complicated distribution,various demand diversity and changes.At the same time,it also has a certain theoretical guidance and reference significance to for domestic enterprises to transform from traditional development methods to agile project management.
