Research On Agile Software Development And Schedule Management Of A Company’s ETV Baggage Storing System Project

In recent years,the concept of agile development has been widely accepted by the software industry,agile development methods enterprises have been a large number of applications,it has become the most popular one of the current software development model.Agile development model to promote communication,simple,feedback,modesty,courage of the values,the use of rapid iteration,continuous integration and continuous delivery of the way the software development,improve software development flexibility,adaptability.At the same time,traditional project management theories and methods have also been applied to agile development practices to improve the management capabilities of agile projects.Progress management is one of the core of project management.How to grasp the progress of the whole project in fast iteration is also one of the hot topics in the current agile project management.This paper first reviews the theory of extreme programming,Scrum,Kanban and other agile development methods and project schedule planning and control.Based on the ETV baggage storage system project of A company,a variety of agile development methods and techniques are analyzed.On the basis of the background analysis of the project,the problems in agile development and schedule management are put forward.In view of the problems in agile development process and project schedule management,the corresponding countermeasures are discussed.In the rapid iterative development,the use of test-driven,small release,code specifications,gray release,agile testing and other technologies to ensure the effective development of the project.In the process of project progress management,the use of work breakdown structure(WBS),planning review technology(PERT),resource balance and other methods to develop a reasonable project management plan,in the implementation process,detection and management of project changes,timely adjustment,communicate with clients and ensure smooth development of project development.Project management theory is the crystallization of knowledge in project management practice,which provides theoretical guidance for project development.Agile development provides a flexible and practical way to deal with each other.It can solve the problems encountered in the development.Problem,and then improve the agile development model of project development and management capabilities.
