As market economy gradually establishing and developing in China,enterprises with modern enterprise system are continuously emerging.Some of them have gradually developed and flourished,however,some have become short economic life.In this regard,scholars are positively to express their views and opinions causing public to participate in discussion that aims to provide experience for enterprises development.Importance of human resource management systems is recognized by nowadays society,and it is a trend that by making use of systems to regulate the business processes of the human resources department which could improve human resource management transparency.At first,research background and significance of human resource management system are stated in this paper.Additionally,author of this paper analyzed present situation and existing problems of human resource management system in current enterprise.Moreover,research goal and content of human resource management system are expounded.With introduction of the system requirements and concrete realization of design,including the network topology form,business process,detailed design,implementation of main modules,system developing environment and development tools selection.According to software testing object,analysis of system function test,application,safety,reliability and maintainability test results have been carried out.The system is based on B/S architecture design and implementation of human resources management system of enterprise,by adopting ASP.NET as developing environment,SQL Server 2008 as database system,it aims to realize recruitment management,file management,behavior management,training management and performance management etc.The system has advantages in quick retrieval,convenient search,high reliability,large storage capacity,strong security,long service life,low cost,etc.Eventually,efficient performance of the system is exhibited in improving personnel management efficiency and realizing informatization of human resource management. |
