With the development of more than half a century, computer informationtechnology has entered a period of rapid development in the late20th century.At thesame time, human resources management also broke the old traditional thinking.Especially college human resources management should walk in Human ResourceManagement front end. It is a major issue in front of all colleges and universities to usethe computer information technology and to achieve university human resourcemanagement information technology. How to enhance the university competitivenessand how to enhance the university’s human resources management, etc. will be resolvedafter the successful implementation of the University Human Resources.With the innovation of the human resource management mode and thinking,human resources information technology reform is becoming more and more urgent inorder to reflect the spirit of teamwork and human resource sharing and to effectivelyimprove the efficiency of human resource management. Human resources managementwill adapt and develop in the new challenge and mode only with the combination ofinformation technology. So human resources management is a necessary means toimprove human resources management.The university human resource management system is for colleges and universitiesto provide online human information-sharing platform. Using of the system, the schoolcan enter, collect, classificate, query, analysis and research the university’s humanresources information. Designed mainly include:1、Use B/S architecture model. The system will store staff information completelyin the database. The authorized department or management personnel can query orchange the teachers’ information through the network platform at the current time. B/Simproves work efficienty, just as simple user operation, lower maintenance costs, andhigher security and interactive features.2、Use lower-level management model. For school teachers, the system sets a user(the whole school administrator), secondary users (Department Manager) and three usermode (teachers), It makes the system management more convenient, and simple by means of lower levels of user permissions by user authorization at a higher level.3、Function module division of more feeling. In module designs, It increasesinformation concerned about by teachers in the viewpiont of teachers, such as payrollmanagement module, holidays management module.This system can greatly improve the information available and give full play to theadvantage of the network. The users can access the system quickly and easily via theInternet to the full realization of the information shared. And the system is of highsecurity interactive and easy to operate. This system can greatly improve the efficiencythe human resources department of the college.
