Development And Design Of Human Resource Management Information System For Liaohe Oilfield Water Supply Company

As the rapid development of the information society, the competence of company human resource management is drastically increasing. Moreover, the competence among companies are gradually evolving into enterprise talent competition. It is not enough to enhance the management quality depending on the high quality management team. How to improve the efficiency of the organization employees? Many management practice could be done, such as organizational internal system reform and scientific management. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt information technology as a supplementary tool and develop a comprehensive management information system. It is critical for the decision maker of the organization to employ a management information system to realize the effective management of organizations and turnover.Based on the management requirements of Liao He Oilfield Water Supply Company, JSP and SQL Server 2008 is adopted to develop the human resource management information system. The paper is proceed as follows. First, we describe a brief description of the background and the literature review. Then, detailed analysis of the business process, the requirement analysis and functional analysis of Liao He Oilfield Water Supply Company are also discussed. Moreover, we develop a human resource information system, including five function, suck as system management module, employees’ information management module, employee attendance module, performance review and pay module and the training module. White-box testing and black-box testing are adopt to test the system. Finally, the practice implication is discussed.
