With the rapid development of oil and gas enterprise, MIS based on C/S model can not meet the requirement of intercommunication inside the enterprise. It is good for the establishment of enterprise's MIS to merge the characteristic of B/S model on the basis of C/S model. In the progress of the design of Oil and Gas Enterprise Human Resource Management (hereinafter referred to as "O&G EHR") system, according to the current situation of oil and gas integrated information networking, this paper combines C/S and B/S model together organically, and has realized relatively the perfect, reliable enterprise information system via VPN.This paper analyzed the model of C/S and B/S and their characteristics, and made a design, and a resolution of MIS subject to C/S and B/S model, and researched the O&G EHR system structure model and its application and the relevant technology such as object-oriented technology, UML, CA etc, built the O&G EHR system use case model and gave the instance in O&G EHR system demand analysis, confirmed the O&G EHR system frame, and discussed the O&G EHR system security in both system authority control and network security, gives the method of WEB access authentication and authorization, stated the selected model of O&G EHR system database and its data model and analyses the application effect of O&G EHR system. The O&G EHR system adopts the object-oriented thought to design and develop, improving the efficiency of the software development. According to its application characteristics, it uses a flexible structuring strategy combining the model of C/S and B/S, gives a more reasonable systematic structure mode scheme more rational for the large-scale MIS. The research of this system also has the academic meaning and practical application value for the development of the relative large-scale in oil and gas enterprise MIS and so on.
