| With the rapid development of computer technology,the use of computers,mobile phones,tablets and other equipment is becoming more and more popular,and the software industry has made more and more contributions to our daily life and the country’s competitive field.The development of the whole computer industry makes the industry competition more and more fierce.The competition in the industry is fierce,and a slight backwardness may make it eliminated by the market.How to develop software quickly and efficiently determines whether the enterprise can survive in the fierce market competition.This paper takes CYH company A software project as an example to study its project management status.On the basis of introducing the background and significance of the research and the content and methods of the research,this paper introduces CYH company,and briefly expounds the background and content of A software project.According to the relevant theories of project schedule management,the main problems existing in the company’s internal project schedule management are analyzed by interview analysis method:frequent demand changes,insufficient project schedule control,inaccurate software development estimation,etc.Then,the main reasons for these problems are analyzed:the demand management of the project is not standardized,the stakeholders participate in the project late,the project duration evaluation is too rough and urgent,and the project management process and method are not standardized.Finally,on the basis of the analysis of the problems and causes,combined with the actual situation of CYH company’s staff team,the optimization measures for CYH company are put forward from the aspects of reducing later demand changes,improving project management process and optimizing man-hour evaluation.Through the study of A software project of CYH company,this paper finds that in the implementation of software project,timely determination of project requirements can reduce the change of later requirements.WBS decomposition and plan review technology can make the project time estimation more accurate.In the progress management of the project,the standardized process,scientific technology and tools are very important to the progress management of the project and whether the project can be carried out smoothly as planned. |
