With the high-speed development of economy in China,the Internet technology obtained the rapid popularization and application.Enterprises are also increasingly attach importance to their own internal departments of informatization to promote work,especially with the increasing range of personnel file data and government enterprises and institutions recently enacted a series of personnel salary management policy,further development of the enterprise information system construction by the personnel department proposed requirements,help to encourage enterprises to get rid of the backward management style,quick through informationization means more reasonable allocation of human resources,fully embodies the value of each employee.Therefore,the enterprise personnel salary management system development and utilization is of great significance.Firstly,analyses and summarizes the research results of personnel compensation management information system at home and abroad,and guides the construction of the overall framework of the system on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the enterprise's own needs.On this basis,the logical structure and conceptual structure of the data needed by the system are analyzed in depth,so as to promote the establishment of the system database.Planning and development.Referring to the traditional "modular" design method,the different functional modules are subdivided and independently designed and developed.The functional modules mainly include staff management,attendance management,file management,salary management,evaluation management,event records,system management and so on.The flow chart of the main functional modules of the design system is completed.The system is designed in detail,and on this basis,the interface and modules of the system are coded and implemented.Finally,the system test is successfully.The system is developed by Java language,adopts B/S five-tier architecture mode,and uses SQL Server 2005 tools in the process of designing background database.The structure of the system hardware system is divided into application server and database server,which is composed of a database server and multiple application servers.The personnel compensation management information system designed in this paper can be widely applied to many enterprises.The management system reduces the burden of enterprise managers,improves work efficiency,helps to improve the effect of human resources management,and achieves the expected functional effect of the design.
