The paper firstly introduces the research background of salary management system in administrative institutions, the problems to be solved are outlined, and discussed the research significance and importance of project, describes the system development methods and techniques; this paper proposes the design goals of the system, the system carried out a detailed needs analysis, including analysis of business requirements analysis, function demand analysis, data analysis and non functional requirements, business flow chart, data gives the flow chart of the system, functional data analysis diagram (IPO diagram), and data dictionary description; in the system design, system design and module design, the system function structure diagram give (H), including staff daily basic information input, modify, delete and other functions, the annual assessment management module is used to register with the administrative unit personnel examination results, and the evaluation results as the basis for the normal promotion level and normal level increase work, job change management module is used to register the job changes, personnel, and so as the basis for the promotion and positive rating increase, in addition, personnel salary management system of personnel to mobilize Retirement, work, and data backup, data recovery, basic information input, export all realized the automatic operation of the computer, without manual adjustment, not only to improve the salary management personnel administrative units of work efficiency, but also improve the accuracy of wage adjustment. For these functions, the structure chart of the function module design are given respectively (H), the IPO table and the processing flow chart, expounds in detail the design content, and use the entity relationship E-R chart and database structure of the database design is discussed in detail; at last, the content of the study are summarized, and expounds the main work I, points out the deficiencies of this paper, and the further work is prospected.
