The salary of personnel at institutions have been unified standard, unified management model.Although regional differences in real income makes each region will vary, but in terms of thebasic salary and salary structure are the same across the country. And in the process to achieve the various statements, prepared variousdevelopment documents.This thesis contains the contents: Introduction topics related to business and technology, thedemand for salary adjustment system analysis, detailed design of the system. The mainachievement of this thesis, four aspects of the program and technology were elaborated andintroduced selectively.Implementation of this project can protect operating personnel even in all kinds of regulationsand standards are not familiar with the premise, quickly and accurately segmenting approvedfor staff salaries and various statistical reports generated in real time. Achieve accuratepayroll management and adjustment of simple, standardized and efficient. Research on thisthesis has been successfully achieved salary management, information technology, makingthe organs and institutions working to reach a new payroll management level.
