In today's society,talent is the core force in the competition of enterprises.Human resources have become the most valuable resource in all corporate resources.The management of human resources has obviously become an important part of corporate management.Human resource management runs through the entire enterprise management,so it is worth paying attention to all managers of the enterprise.The industries in which archives service companies are located are still evolving.There is a great need for an efficient and full-fledged workforce.Whoever has excellent talents can gain or maintain their advantages in the competition.However,there is not much research on the human resources of archives service companies in the academic circles,and the scope of the research objects is very limited.Therefore,research on the human resources status of archives service companies throughout the country has made up for the lack of research in this area.Also for the human resources of archives service companies can receive more attention.As the author once participated in the preparation of the "Chinese Archives Service Industry Blue Book 2016",the data in the article mainly come from the questionnaires issued to the archives service industry enterprises in the preparation process.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the basic situation of the employees in the archives service industry.Through the data collected from the survey questionnaires,this paper analyzes the number of employees,gender structure,age structure,education structure and other aspects.The second part analyzes the rationality and existing problems of organizational planning and personnel planning in the archives service industry through the analysis of the organizational structure of some companies and the feedback from the survey questionnaires.The third part is the analysis of the recruitment and selection of archives service enterprises.In this part,statistics and analysis are made on several recruitment methods commonly used by archival service companies,and the basic requirements of employees for each company are summarized and several important selection factors for archival service companies are summarized.The fourth part is through the training activities carried out by archives servicecompanies in recent years as a case,from the aspects of training types,training content and other aspects of the training of archiving service companies.The fifth part is the statistics of the basic salary and employee welfare status of various companies in the archives service industry,and compares the basic salary level of the archives service industry with that of other employees in order to determine the salary level of the archives service industry.What is the status of other industries.
