According to the China National Bureau of Statistics,the number of people aged 65 and over in China is exceeding 137.55 million,and which the growing rate is 13.7%.The huge elder people population health service has brought tremendous pressure on the work of medical institutions.Many aged people are required to go to the hospital for treatment every day,on the other hand we also have to track their medical history,able to provide as many medical services as possible.Collecting and managing common diseases profile for elderly people,make a effective precaution promptly.Therefore,during the elders medical services,the hospitals should carry out scientific and effective treatment for the elders and also need to cooperate with the Community Health Center,to prevent and manage common diseases for them.Under the background of the medical service work facing the people's informationization and modernization,it is necessary to integrate the regional medical service resources to expand the application of information technology and promote the development of the healthy number of the aging population.The total population of Deyang is about 3.79 million with a aged population close to 20%.In the current and the future,the size of aged population is increasing and accelerating which takes more demand for medical services.Effectively combining medical services with informatization,the establishment of an internet-based multi-tenant elderly intelligent service system for community health service centers has practical application value and operational feasibility.The design of multi-tenant elderly intelligent service system in Deyang Sixth Hospital focused on the promotion of elderly health management and disease prevention projects.It proposed to optimize Apriori algorithm and introduce it into create of intelligent service system for the elderly.Using this algorithm to analyze the association rules for community health indicators and common diseases in the community,support the development of targeted community health service projects in Deyang Six Hospitals.The system uses the MyEclipse tool SSH framework system and Mysql database for development.System functions are divided into server part and client part.The server is operated and managed by the hospital,which manage community health service users and elderly users,hospital services,accidents,recommendation management and security maintenance management for the service needs.The client is divided into two types of users.The community health service center users can manage the elders in charge of the community and manage the elderly service.The elderly user client establishes the file of the elderly and sets the emergency call for the elderly.The elders can participate in the special organization of the hospital for the actual needs.According to the needs of different users,the system function module is designed for the process,interface class,timing diagram,entity relationship and database table,and the functions are realized by coding.After the system is designed and implemented,the system's function and performance are tested to prove the integrity and practicability of the system.The system was put into trial operation and was unanimously recognized by hospitals,community health service centers and the elders.
