Realization Of Treatment System Based On Smart Client And Web Service

Digital treatment will surmount the real restriction of region to realize the medical digitization in the range of the whole society under the development of all kinds of regional medical network and the application of long-distance medical treatment. Under this background, it is very important to set up distributed treatment system for middle and small clinics, because the system can increase the speed of seeing a doctor, improve the working efficiency of the medical personnel, reduce the management cost of the medical department.The exploiting course and relevant technologies of distributed application system based on Smart Client and Web Service have been probed into thoroughly. Linking the function demand and business procedure analysis of the treatment system in the real project, the clinic treatment system's solution comes into being.On the basis of probing deeply into both C/S model and B/S model, the paper uses C/S model and divides the system into two parts: client and server. At the same time, compared with several currently popular distributed development technologies, Web Service is used on server. On client, Smart Client is used in order to solve upgrading of client and data cache. On server, in order to meet effectively the need of scale demand and the increase of business in future of clinic treatment system, the system is divided into three independent layers such as Web Service, BusinessFacade and DataAcess, using N layer distributed systems structure.The paper realizes three function modules: user management module, appointment module and treatment module. In the user management module, to solve the interaction in different kinds of users, the concept of privilege-group is put forward. The system sets up user groups and sets privileges for the groups to manage users. In the appointment module, according to the actual demand, the system sets up dynamical graphical mechanism for appointment and alarming. In the treatment module, the system realizes the informationization of treatment through recording all the treatment information correctly.The paper is based on the actual requirement, adopts many technologies, such as Smart Client, Web Service, Net Communication, Database, SOAP Extension and so on, and sets up a distributed treatment system. System operating indicates that the design of the overall scheme of the system is rational and the measure of solving the problem is feasible.
