The Design And Implementation Of The Medical Service System Based On Public Wechat Account

WenKangYunYi Science and Technology Ltd. is a internet company mainly producing medical software. The company developed the WenKangYunYi Medical Service System for the user to provide online health services. The system consists of two parts, the backstage management system and the mobile terminal include the wechat accout, the iOS and the android. Uesrs can make an appointment online, use the intelligent guide service to inqury themselves, search the route to hospital, search the visit information, search the drug bills, search the rest information through the system. Users also can contact with Customer Service Agent in the hospital and doctor in different Apartments through the public WeChat Account. The System manages the drug bills information, the report information, the user information,the news and the doctor information through the backstage management system.The Author’s responsibility during the internship are requirement analytics, system design, module development, system maintenance about the Public Wechat Account. Content of the thesis as following:(1) The thesis expound the related technology about the Medical Service System Based on Public Wechat Account. Introduce the development environment and development tool about the system.(2) The thesis expound the requirement analytics about the Medical Service System Based on Public Wechat Account. By understanding the internet product in the market and the deep analysis of the product function, the Author proposed the improvement plan.(3) The thesis expound software architecture design about the Medical Service System Based on Public Wechat Account. Analysed the characteristics of the business about the system. Designed the function about the system.(4) The thesis expound the development of every modules, such as "Before Hospital" module, "In Hospital" module, "Interaction" module, back-stage management system module and so on. And optimized the front pages so that the front pages can be diaplayed in different screen sizes.(5) The thesis point out the defect about the Medical Service System Based on Public Wechat Accout. And put forward the improvement about the system.The Medical Service System runs stable since it’s released. The Medical Service System was rational designed with high availability, flexibility and expandability, and was a best practice of high cohesion, low coupling software development principles.
