In order to maximize the utilization of the limited health resources, cut down the medical cost, improve the quality of medical services and eliminate the common problem of difficult medical services and expensive medical cost, many countries both at home and board have invested heavily in researching sharing technology of medical resources and medical information. They use information technology to reform and promote the present systematic functions. The occurrence of wireless technology-WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) which brings a fresh concept for medical service, provides a new ideas for the medical service system reform. Based on status quo of medical informationization in Jiangmen, this paper proposes an opening approach of mobile medical information sharing platform, combining mobile technology. This scheme not only can share a part of the medical information, but also can make an appointment based on WAP, access to mobile telemedicine information and their health record.The thesis firstly simply introduces the present situation, problems and research productions of the medical information. And then studies further the Web Service and WAP2.0technology, combining with some technology of J2EE, propounds fittest solution based on Web Service and SOA for heterogeneous system integration. Lastly, discusses the designing idea, overall framework, implementation techniques, development environment and realization of key parts.Based on each hospital HIS system, this platform builds a regional collaboration healthcare data center and implements the hospital information system data integration, which using a combination of centralized and distributed storage modes. The whole system is divided into two parts:WAP front and WEB background management. The front desk provide wireless services, such as hospital check, expert view, health archives check, remote registered, registered information query and so on, while the background provide a WEB appointment function for the hospital staff, manage and maintain the hospital resources information, the residents information, the registration information and system operation rights. This system adopt the three-tier structure of J2EE and integrate Struts, Spring as the basis for development of framework, in order to optimize the hierarchical structure of the system. and improve the system scalability.
